Pitru Tarpanam Kit — 1 Month / పితృ తర్పణం కిట్

Everything for a month of daily pitru tarpanam, in one box.

• Black sesame seeds / నల్ల నువ్వులు — 250 g
• Kusha grass (darbha) / దర్భ — 5 bundles
• Vibhuti (holy ash, from cow dung) / విభూది — 250 g

Pitru tarpanam is the daily offering of water to the Pitru Devatas, with a few black sesame seeds added to it. It needs no purohita and, once it becomes a habit, takes under ten minutes. How it is done, explained by our acharya.

If your parents are living, tarpanam is still offered daily, but without the black sesame. The guide above explains this.

The same price as buying the three separately (₹90 + ₹150 + ₹300), packed together so the month's practice is ready in one place. The brass bowls in the photos are for display only and are not included.
