Shipping policy

1. Shipping charge
We charge a flat ₹100 shipping fee per order, anywhere in India. The fee is the same whatever the size of the order and is shown at checkout before you pay.
Some festival kits offered for Hyderabad hand delivery show their own delivery charge at checkout. Puja and homam bookings do not involve shipping.

Delivery times may vary with location, courier delays, festival rush or other circumstances outside our control.
2. Processing time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- During festivals and peak seasons, processing can take slightly longer.
3. Where we ship
- We ship across India.
- International shipping is not available at the moment.
4. Order tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS.
5. Address and delivery issues
- Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout.
- If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address, unreachable phone or refused delivery, we can re-ship it after collecting the re-shipping charge.
6. Delayed or lost packages
- If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, contact us at hello@karishye.co or on WhatsApp at +91 81210 07481.
- Lost shipments caused by an incorrect address are not refundable, but we will help trace and resolve the issue.
7. Damaged, wrong or missing items
- If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, or something is missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and unboxing photos or video. See our Return & Refund Policy for how replacements and refunds work.
