The step-by-step Aksharabhyasam vidhanam — from Saraswati & Ganesha puja to writing the first letters in the rice tray.
Preparation
An altar is arranged with idols or photos of Saraswati and Ganesha, and a tray is filled with raw rice. The child is bathed and dressed in new clothes. Karishye’s purohit brings the prescribed samagri, including the rice tray and slate.
